[Cross Country] Tiger Harriers crush course, competitionPublished by
Georgetown College men's and women's cross country teams destroyed the hilly course and blew all the competition away Friday in Frankfort. The Tigers see a bright future coming off near perfect races in the Kentucky State meet. The women had six of the top seven runners, while the men had seven of the top 11. Tayler Gador won the race to lead the women in a perfect score 15 points. Cole Cisneros won the men's race and the men finished close to perfection with a 20. "It was an awesome day," said Tiger men's coach Todd McDaniel. "It was a tough course, very hilly. But, it is exactly what Betsy (Laski, women's coach) felt was coming for these young teams. We need to use this and build on it heading into the last couple of races of the season." Read the full article at: www.georgetowncollegeathletics.com
